Because actions speak louder than words, consider the language you speak using your body. What are you really saying without spoken language? I have found myself thinking about the fact that there is often a broken connection between the two. I, too, have demonstrated that this is sometimes the case in my own ways of communicating and have realized how important it is to be consistent in all forms of communication.
The thing is, communication today is mediated through the unspoken language more than ever before. So next time you might feel your body is doing all the talking, ask yourself: is this what I'm trying to say?
