Homemade Craft Pizza & Beer Night

My roommate has had a huge influence on the beer I drink. Honestly, if it was not for her and her impeccable taste for delicious beer, I would still be drinking Heineken. For her 24th birthday, I decided a craft beer and pizza night was in order. That means going all crazy with delicious ingredients.   

Trader Joes Wheat Crust. Parmesan, Fontina, Asigo and Provolone Cheese Blend. Red onion. Brie cheese slices. Fresh Basil. Mushrooms & Prosciuto. 22oz bottle of Ballast Point Sculpin IPA. Spinach & Gargonzola cheese salad. Balsalmic & Mustard dressing. 


The pizza was a success. Happy Birthday, Sarah!
